Selected participant, media, photographer or volunteer will be required to comply with the event’s guidelines and code of conduct.
5. User Submissions (Snapshots Gallery)
You may submit photos or other content to the Snapshots gallery.
By submitting, you grant JFC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content for promotional purposes, including on JFC’s website and social media platforms.
You confirm that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights and that you have obtained permission from any identifiable persons in the content.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and event materials—is the property of JFC or its content partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms for refunds or exchanges related to ticket purchases and other paid activities through our official website.
1. General Policy
All ticket sales and registrations are final and non-refundable, except in cases specifically stated below.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the event is canceled by JFC, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price, excluding any third-party processing fees.

If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refund will be issued for postponement.

Refunds for canceled events will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the official cancellation notice.
3. No-Show and Personal Circumstances
Refunds are not available for attendees who fail to attend the event for personal reasons, including but not limited to:

Change of personal schedule

Weather conditions

Misunderstanding of event information
4. Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
JFC reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, or venue. Ticket holders will be notified through official communication channels.
If an event is canceled by JFC, refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method. You do not need to submit a request.
