Terms & Conditions of JFC Talent Participation. By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Eligibility Participation is open to male and female applicants who meet the age requirements of their selected carnival category. 2. Participant Categories & Age Requirements Participants must meet the age requirements of their selected category: World Kids Carnival Ages 5 – 12 years Grand Carnival Ages 12 – 65 years Artwear Carnival Ages 15 – 65 years Pets Carnival Ages 5 – 65 years 3. Registration Accuracy Participants are required to complete the official JFC registration form via the website using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading data may result in disqualification. 4. Costume Responsibility Participants are fully responsible for the creation, production, and financing of their own costumes, in accordance with JFC standards and guidelines. 5. Commitment & Attendance Participants must be available and committed to attending all mandatory activities, including training sessions, costume presentations, Grand Jury, Grand Rehearsal, and the main event, as scheduled by the JFC committee. 6. Training Requirements Training attendance is mandatory and adjusted based on participant domicile: • Participants domiciled in Jember must attend a minimum of 15 training sessions prior to the Grand Jury. • Participants domiciled outside Jember (within East Java) must attend a minimum of 10 training sessions prior to the Grand Jury. • Participants domiciled outside the province must attend a minimum of 5 online presentation sessions, as scheduled by the committee. 7. Conduct & Ethics Participants are required to maintain respectful, professional, and cooperative behavior, uphold the reputation of Jember Fashion Carnaval, and avoid actions that may harm the organization or its values. 8. Prohibited Content Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in or promoting hate speech, discrimination, SARA-related issues, or practical political activities within any JFC-related environment. 9. Rules & Regulations Participants must comply with all rules, instructions, schedules, and technical guidelines determined by the JFC organizing committee throughout the entire process. 10. Training Fees All official JFC training programs are provided free of charge. No fees will be collected during the training period. 11. Data Usage Personal data submitted through this application will be used exclusively for JFC operational and event management purposes and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent. 12. Final Decision All decisions made by the JFC committee and the jury are final, binding, and cannot be contested under any circumstances.
