By submitting your photo, you grant Jember Fashion Carnaval (JFC) a non-exclusive license to:

• Display, distribute, or promote your photo on JFC’s website, social media, and official promotional materials.

• Credit your name or information as provided.

• Make minor adjustments (such as cropping, resizing, or color correction) to ensure consistency and visual quality, without altering the meaning or integrity of your work.

Your photo will not be sold or used for commercial purposes beyond the above without your prior consent.

2. Content Guidelines

​

You agree not to upload any content that:

• Contains elements of violence, discrimination, pornography, hate speech, or any other inappropriate material.

• Is irrelevant to Jember Fashion Carnaval activities.

3. Review Process

​

• All uploaded photos will go through a review and curation process by the JFC team before being published.

• JFC reserves the right to reject or remove any photo at any time without prior notice if it is deemed inconsistent with JFC’s values, quality standards, or image.

• The review process may take up to 7 working days or longer, depending on submission volume.

4. Privacy and Responsibility

 

• Your personal information (such as your email address) will only be used for communication related to your submission and will not be shared with third parties.

• You may also choose to receive updates, event invitations, or special offers from Jember Fashion Carnaval by opting in during submission.

• Any legal violations or copyright claims arising from the photo you upload are your sole responsibility as the uploader.

5. Removal and Modification Request

You may request the removal or correction of your photo from the gallery at any time by contacting JFC through jfcforindonesia@gmail.com.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

 

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

Any disputes related to your submission will be handled under applicable Indonesian law.
